Once she acts on her prejudice causing either emotional or physical harm on someone. She is a racist. And no walking across the street doesn’t cause emotional harm.

I picked 'walking across the street' because that is an example that many black men (including Obama) gave as an example of 'soft racism'. They all said, including Obama, that this caused them mental anguish.

How do they know that is why that person crossed the street. It could have been any number of reasons. That is a self absorbed person who thinks that way. Just because his mom called him son doesn't mean the world revolves around him. It's prejudiced on his part to think that is why the person crossed the street
