REJECTED!

So your argument is the Supreme Court doesn’t understand the constitution?

If that's what you got from my post, I don't know if I could help you. I didn't even bring up the Supreme Court case.

It’s insane. The ruling didn’t have a disagreement on interpretation based on ideology like most cases. The entire court basically said, “LOL, GTFO!”

A bunch of truck drivers think they understand rule of law better than the 60 some judges that have taken these cases.

And you actually think any of the cases have been "taken", that would be funny, if it weren't so sad. They have been dismissed on motions to dismiss before any other proceedings could occur. It's basically the judges saying they are too cowardly to want to try to take on such cases. Who can blame them? They would likely end up victims of "suicide" if they took the cases and had to find for the plaintiffs because the cases are so strong. Better off just not touching the cases, and letting the leftist echo chamber try to convince people that it's evidence of "no evidence".

Again, folks republicans are very radical. They are openly trying to overturn an election in which trump received over 7million fewer votes than Biden. An election in which 54% of Americans did not vote for trump to be president. An election in which republicans gained seats in the house and are likely to hold a slimmer senate majority. trump's lawyers aren't and have never alleged voter fraud in court not once. All of these not voter fraud lawsuits lose, there is no reason to believe that there was massive voter fraud. conservatives simply don't see certain Americans as fully American and so they don't believe those American's votes should count. This strikes at the very heart of a representative government, that the people whose candidates lose accept their candidate lost and don't say elections are a scam.

Dumb and Dumber !!!
I remember when republicans/conservatives loved GWBush. Loved the war on terror. Defended how GWBush's response to Katrina and the Iraq War, loved GWBush's attack on gay marriage, and GWBush was a two term president who was the last republican to received over 50% of the popular vote in 2004.

thats the only thing the supreme court decided. The dicey part of proving election fraud or even allowing a case to go forward is the precedent it sets for the future.
They aren't alleging voter fraud in court. They never allege voter fraud in court. This is the pretend world of republicans
