Why do you believe that you must follow the Bible alone.
Can’t go wrong by doing that. From reading your post, I thank God everyday that he blessed me to be able to have it.
That is a most prideful sentiment my friend.
You were the one who stated I go by what’s written. I take no pride in it. I’m humbled by it. You on the other hand blindly spout out your feelings like God is fully accepting and glorified by whatever ever you say.
As you know I believe in grace alone through faith alone, in Christ alone
And I know that it doesn’t matter to you that there are no verses to support this. We all get to believe what ever we want. Is it it ok with you if I post what the Bible plainly states and believe that?
Do you believe there’s other aspects of a spiritual life walking with God?
The scripture continually talks of the spiritual. And, it’s not some great unknown thing like you make it out to be. Walking in the light is a great place to.

I think this may be where you and I are somewhat different. I believe in both at the same time. Your spiritual walk with God is indeed important. It's the personal relationship one gets when they ask Jesus into their heart as savior. As a human, there are many times when I feel led to do something or take an action, but as flawed as I am, I also refer to the bible to make sure I am doing it in a way that glorifies Him most. The teachings are there as a guide to help me fulfill His will. It is absolutely possible I misread what I feel may be the selfish way out. Prayer in guidance but always learning from the gospels can both happen at the same time when being guided

I see no difference in my perspective.

I hope for you that the Bible has brought you to an intimate and satisfying knowledge of God, that you are in Him, and you delight in His presence, that you taste and know the inner sweetness of God Himself in the core in the center of your heart.

🙏 for you my brethren.

I never go in opposition to what the Holy Spirit teaches me that the Bible says to me.
Hey, if it works for you fine but I would ask you what is your litmus test? How can you Prove you’re actually listening to the Holy Spirit and not some other spirit?

If your spiritual then you believe in spiritual battle, how do you know you haven’t been taken over by a different spirit?

The Greek word for born again is anothen, which is what your New Testament was written in. It has two meanings which is Born again or born from above.
Jesus wouldn’t have spoken Greek though, he would have spoken Aramaic. The Aramaic word does not have two meanings it is only born from above or heaven.

The whole conversation Jesus had with another Aramaic speaker based around the double meaning of anothen is another reason why the Bible is very inaccurate in it’s portrayal of what Jesus would have been saying.

There was no double meaning the Aramaic language. The conversation wouldn’t have been about clearing up confusion of the double meaning of a language neither participant of the conversation spoke and clarifying that people don’t have to literally be born again.

No doubt about it.

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

John 3:3-3:4.

This whole conversation is nonsense.

You can be right about what the Bible says about being born from water and spirit, but the Bible is wrong about what the Aramaic speaking Jesus would of been saying.

Do you have a verse where someone in the Bible asks Jesus into their heart to be their Savior?
There are verses that speak of trusting Jesus as your savior, receiving His forgiveness of sins by grace through faith; but as far as physically having a verse of someone openly asking then no. It's semantics to me because at some point if you put your faith in Him and make a covenant to follow Him as savior, you have to have that moment. Say it loud vs say it quietly and believe and put your trust in Him all leads to the same conclusion. It is commonly used when helping guide someone into putting their faith, belief, and trust in Him. If this is wrong then I guess I'm guilty of that.

Asking for the place where something is taught in the Bible or where someone did something that you claim saves a person is in the bible is dumb? I don’t think it’s dumb.
I don't think it's a dumb thing to ask. If an unbeliever may be possibly seeking as to why they should believe, it's always good to have answers for them. You make a person think and search the bible for answers

Part of that trust/ faith is doing what Jesus and the Apostles taught us to believe and submit to in obedience.
The Bible teaches Salvation is conditional. When one meets those conditions, one can trust and have faith that God will do what he said he would do.
I can’t tell someone to accept Jesus in their heart and pray and they will be saved.
Reason? I can’t find that in the instructions.
