I think you know this in spirit. IMO the person on the planet with the most biblical knowledge and personal revelation from God about the Bible cannot even come closer than a wild guess as to who is “saved”.

Only God truly knows the soul of a person, some may think they know, but they don’t!! IMO

🙏🙏
There are a lot of atheists that have a lot of book knowledge of the bible and yet refuse to believe. I learn more and more every day about the bible even after 40 years and will continue to learn. The critiques I get will simply help me to read it more

That you lie all the time? Pretty much.
take your religion seriously otherwise its given a bad name

we had a "christian" tenant. she lied. we gave her notice of eviction. she lied some more so she could try and stay. she would have been better off telling the truth and being true to her religion and leaving, instead of lying. she lost both ways.

So now you condemn all Christians because of one? Should I think all liberals are dumb because you are? And yes you are a liberal.

Yes I did.... and even though I got baptized, since I didn't do it the way you claim the bible teaches it then I'm not saved. Got it.
Whatever you think. You obviously "heard" wrong (not taught according to truth) so it was downhill from there.
I claim nothing. The Bible can speak for itself. Answer these...
Is baptism "for the remission of sins?" Acts 2:38
Does baptism "wash away sins"? Acts 22;16
Does baptism "save"? 1 Peter 3:21
Does baptism put you in the "kingdom"? John 3;5
Does baptism put you in the"one body"? 1Cor. 12:12-13
Does baptism put you "into" Christ? Gal.3:27
Does one "put on"Christ before baptism? Gal.3:27

1)Accept Jesus in your heart (hear a small still voice that you can't hear is optional) pray a prayer with a tear of repentance in your eye and you will be saved.
2)Or, simply do what God says to do for the reason he says to do it.

duly noted. I will go to each verse you just posted and take it all in.

One of the things that helped me see clearly was the picture in Romans 6:1-6
Jesus was dead when they buried him. A sinner is dead when you bury him. If one is saved before being buried in the waters of baptism, you are burying someone alive.
After you are resurrected, the "newness" of life begins. The dead man of sin is buried. The new man comes forth from the grave.

Based upon your statement it seems to me your opinion is that a person can be a disciple of the Bible but not a Disciple of Jesus.

Is that a fair understanding of your statement ?

That is your desired interpretation. In order to make your belief system work you have to denigrate the Bible as God's word given to us as a guide to salvation. Get the Bible out of the way and you're free to promote sin as not wrong in God's sight. That's just religiosity pushed by Bible thumpers. But not you. You've got it straight from God that one can do whatever one likes without harm to one's chances of spending eternity in heaven. Does it feel good? Do it, God doesn't mind. I'm sure that idea has appeal to some but for the sake of their salvation I hope they read their Bible and find out God's plan of salvation before it's too late.

are anarchists liberals?

honestly search it.
They certainly aren't conservatives. Anarchists want to tear everything down. They don want any restrictions on how they live their lives but they take it much further than libertarians. Everything they deem establishment they must destroy. Am I warm?
