Galatians 3:28 states, "There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus". This verse emphasizes the unity of believers in Christ, transcending earthly distinctions like ethnicity, social status, and gender.
That in no way changes leadership roles in the Church which the Apostle Paul clearly defined. Nor did the early Church have women elders, deacons, or evangelists. I would think the First Century Church would have a good handle on what was authorized and they didn't have women leading congregations.

My interpretation is that it does.

I think differently than you on this.

We still haven't found a church out here that we feel like we are being called to. We still are part of Biltmore Church based out of Arden, NC. Have been with them for probably 16 or 17 years now. We've loved it so much and have struggled finding a home base out here. It's a 40 minute drive to their Franklin campus so until we fit in somewhere out here, Biltmore it remains
I know some folks who attend the Biltmore church of Christ.

Back at you my friend.

You know we all do it.
I'm not rejecting anything. Yes I have questions. But I don't accept the kind of society you're advocating. You have to operate outside the bounds of the Bible in order to have the world you want. And you try to justify it by saying God told you directly what is acceptable to him. Pretty much anything goes. And if the Bible is in conflict with that vision then you reject that part of the Bible.
