How can we understand Him?

Only the inner work of the Holy Spirit can enable and empower us to understand Him.

It is my belief various religious means such as the Bible are useful for instruction when trying to ascertain what God may be saying to me as well.

Your salvation is up to you to decide if you will accept it.

Although now people do pass on their bad habits and bad traits to their offspring. But that’s not really a generational curse it’s just biblical ignorance and disobedience.

I tend to agree, in the spiritual no, but it seems to me that in the temporal or earthly realm there most definitely appears to be a generational curse of sort at least.

Not so much a curse, but a mindset, that gets passed down, kind of like a poverty mindset is hard to break.

In this case Its when a person promotes religion but their acts are bad or mediocre.

Its hard for people to be honest with themselves

What if reading what the Holy Spirit wrote was God’s plan for us to understand how the Holy Spirit actually dwells in us?

First off, I don’t believe the Holy Spirit wrote anything. I believe it was an inner work of the Holy Spirit in men who was the inspiration behind their writings.

Simply reading the Bible is inadequate, there needs to be in inner work of the Holy Spirit for there to be understanding.
