yeah,you remember them! asking everything from how do you like your vehicle to how do you like working for the company.Geez,wonder why they dont ask us to take them anymore? Any clue?:smart:

They stopped doing them for a couple years because of cost.
They started up doing them again but only a percent of the employees to keep costs down.

Our group was 100% because they thought the payback for the cost was sufficient ... don't know what the percent will be this year.

In your case, they probably don't care what you think ... just guessing. :wink2:

Sure! You have to know how badly you can treat people before it starts to have negative impacts on profitability.

Exactly. As long as everyone is happy (or at least not disgruntled) there is room to take a little more or squeeze a little more out of people.

There is a target number. Below the target means they need to lighten up, above the target means the can tighten it up a little.
