I worked for this company 38 years only to offer buyout 8 weeks after I left.

I'm thinking class action if the company's offering is a violation of the contract? Big if, although Saul Goodman may make a strong case for the injured parties.

How many retired under this current contract? Add up all that money, a third of any award might make Saul salivate?
