In your fantasy who exactly is calling the agents that executed a search warrant? Why would a judge care? Is this part of Rudy’s defense? How would this exonerate Rudy for acting as a foreign agent?

Try to follow along. If Rudy was going to try to use to his advantage the FBI taking the copy of Hunter Biden's hard drive from Rudy's residence then ultimately the agents involved would be called upon to testify as to why they took it. You may not be aware but like all law enforcement FBI agents testify in court all the time. After all y'all are certain that the FBI raided Rudy's residence because they've got the goods on him for something nefarious and he's about to go down in court. Remember court? That's the process to determine guilt or innocence that every American has a right to. A judge presides over it and believe it or not he/she cares. Apparently in your fantasy world the all powerful government decides guilt without a trial and sends agents to drag people off to prison.

The FBI has had Hunter's laptop for some time and haven't done anything with it. Taking Rudy's copy would raise questions as to why nothing is being done with it.

Did it ever occur to you that perhaps there is nothing that CAN be done with it? Did it ever occur to you that there may not have been enough incriminating content that would rise to the level of an indictment? Did it ever occur to you that because of the manner by which the laptop was obtained a federal judge might rule it inadmissible ? Obviously not. Trouble is, you cluckers get so caught up in your right wing conspiracy theories that you can no longer think for yourselves. When one has been thoroughly debunked you simply move onto another.
