In Preload, I've never seen any safety rules/regulations truly & consistently enforced.

Management will occasionally mention a safety rule during the PCM, however, the second that meeting is over, it's instantly forgotten by everyone.

They just care about the trucks being unloaded/loaded and don't care how the work gets done -- only that it gets done by 9:00a.m.
