Not sure how we are better. We have worse service than ever. Routes sitting. Businesses missed. Resi delivered at 9pm. No air saver commit. No 2am commits. It’s sad.

Our sales reps don't sell, they are glorified customer service agents. Corporate pits one group (smb, inside sales) versus the other to compete over accounts. We would have customers emailing us proactively asking for information, and our sales would never follow up with them. It's amazing we have as much business as we do.
