Got a guy who has top seniority in part time and some years ago the burden of his full time job forced him to disqualify himself on Saturdays. His disqualification period is long over but now that his kids are getting older he is considering bidding back in. Ive read somewhere that full time drivers will not be required to do a wage progression more than once but does the same apply for part time guys doing Saturday air? Or will he have to start at the bottom again. Cant find anything in the master or the central addressing this and my BA was also unsure and said he would confirm but that was about 2 weeks ago. Anybody seen anything on this or had similiar experiences?
