There is no way 13 hr days would happen.

First off, the only reason we currently get away with ringing doorbells at 10PM is because of the holidays. Even then, there are plenty of irate customers. Imagine it year round?

Secondly, you know damn well UPS would not be content dispatching a 13 hr day. It slowly would start creeping up to 13.5-14 hr plan days and half the would be brought back. Imagine the cluster unfolding after being told to break a route out because it "only" had 12 hrs of work.

I would like to agree with you, however the way things are going right now I don’t think the company even cares about those things anymore.
