Expect a very difficult job, with unreasonable expectations and time commitments.
Expect to be laid off or "on-call" quite a bit.
Expect to come in early to sort through your truck off the clock
Expect to be pressured into doing the wrong thing
Expect to have good days and VERY bad ones too
Expect to have a long road ahead to full-time driver "making book"

Work hard, drive safely and ALWAYS WORK AS DIRECTED. Never make decisions for yourself if you already have them made for you.

I'm going to work hard and try to get hired full time. It's a great opportunity to give it all I have. I read that most people have to start as loaders. I feel fortunate to even have this opportunity to drive right away.
