Seasonal Employee Help...Calm me down?

Okay so basically I wanna know, since I might get the helper position. How will the supervisors know if I am doing over the top good work in that field like being early and what not? I wanna know how to be a top performer of this job to get rehired and maybe do package handling inside. Should I have said no when he asked me? He did write on the paper only if inside positions werent available, and I know other people actually wanted the helper position over the inside jobs.

You have an excellent chance of getting the job. UPS is going to bring on something like 30,000 helpers.

I have seen many helpers stay on after the seasonal work, just be patient.

Finally, don't miss a day and don't be late. Those are the first two things your supervisor will notice.

Alright everybody its Monday 6:40AM, my interview was last Wednesday, I realize they dont work on Weekends so its been technically around 3 business days. Yes its way to early and they wont call now anyway. But Im just making this cause I have heard nothing. What should I do you guys and When should I do it?
My thing on UPS still says my application is Active

You probably won't be called in to work this week, but you may get a call to come in next Monday. Good luck.

Hi - just wanted to tell you that I had my interview late October for seasonal driver's helper and just started working last Wednesday. I ended up driving a gof cart around, not riding with a driver. I have to say that it's both fun and stressful to be on my own. That dang DIAD can give you some trouble, but I'm getting the hang of it. :) Just know that you may still get a call - I wasn't sure I would, either, after my 5 minute interview (quite literally), but it's all good. :)

I agree - it's VERY physically demanding work - I HAVE to deliver atleast 20 packages an hour. Sounds easy, but driving around on a golf cart in an area with an elementary school with no prior experience and not knowing the area makes it pretty dang hard. I'm doing pretty well, though. It def. isn't for the meek.

Alright guys well my interview was last wednesday and today is this wednesday, a week from it. Still no call but I heard rumors of some people (online not my local area) that there UPS facility said they would call after Thanksgiving if they were to be employed. I think I am gonna wait till like next Tuesday to call them if I still have not heard anything. I felt like i had a good chance I mean it is seasonal and only 8 applicants and they needed unloaders and driver helpers :( could really use this.

Hey guys its been 2 weeks since my monday tour and soon its gonna be 2 weeks from my first interview. I was hoping they would call after Thanksgiving, my application still says Active and avaliable, I havent heard from them at all but I dont know when seasonal starts so maybe they wont call yet.

I was thinking if I dont hear anything by Wednesday I will call, what do you guys think I should do? Also how do I get incontact with them properly, they didnt leave me a phone number so IDK who to even call.
Gosh I need this job

OKAY so.... I told you all about my background check and interview. Called the UPS hub today, guy I had interview with wasnt there, called in half hour and he was like "hmmmm human resources didnt get back with you hmmm" and hes like "well i dont interview people unless HR has been with them" and he was the guy who interviewed me so I told him how I took the tour and i guess HR asked me some questions then he interviewed me next day, he asked for my last name and said okay "I will get some with HR in contact with you about all of this" so he seemed kind of lost so who knows maybe I got the job and HR never told me. What do you all think?

I think that you may want to explore other options. There are only 18 days left of Peak and, even if they keep you on until the end of the year, that is 22 days. I hope that it works out for you but I don't see it happening, not this late in the game.
