Seriously ???

The banjo went in first. It was always more important than the cardboard. Just like my breaks. Lunch and coffee breaks were more important than any stop I had that day.

I should explain myself. I had the same route for over thirty years. I had a lot of pride. One day the center manager decided to take off a bunch of my pickups. I told him that they had been my customers for over 25 years and we had it down. He said I had no customers, only a job. I laughed at him and thanked him. Suddenly I had a service job with no customers. Once it was just a job it became much easier. I then directed all calls and problems to him. Since I only had to worry about my job and not his customers I was free to focus on the banjo. That was the best day of my 37 year career. The rest of the ride to retirement was cake.
