I started this thread as this is the first time in my career that I have ever had both a center manager and ORS be taken out of service without explanation at the same time and I was curious if any of you have ever dealt with a similar situation.

I did get some clarification on the reason(s) for their removal and, without getting in to a lot of detail, neither reason seems sufficient to warrant their termination.

They got caught telling the truth in a hearing?

It was two unrelated incidents which separately would have gone unnoticed but together were enough for the DM to take them out of service.
