Thats just sad. Child protective services came and removed the child and 2 others that were living there.

I had somethng very similar to this happen to me this week. I was driving down a residential road and a kid that was probably 1.5-2 years old kind of just wondered into the middle of the road. He saw my truck coming toward him and just kind of wondered around and went to the other side of the road. I stopped and looked around and saw no parents anywhere. Once the kid was out of the road I continued on. I was so pissed off that a kid so small was wondering around by himself. It was a residential road but the busy road was about a block away.
