Solomon is a vice-president at The Hill. Just because he gives opinions there(editors at newspapers do the same)doesn't mean he isn't a first class reporter. He's been working on the Biden story for 18 months. To say he's a pundit is to deligitimize his work. As a matter of fact that they do distinguish between opinion and hard news is to their credit. The Washington Post and the New York Times have had to retract many articles they printed as fact but were just their opinion about Trump.

Exactly. Just another opinion writer whose opinions have zero impact on US foreign or domestic policy nor would his opinions have stopped Trump or Nixon for that matter from undertaking extraordinary measures in an effort to get dirt on their political opponents then tried to cover it up and it was the cover up more than the act itself was what proved to be Nixon's undoing . In time we'll see if it does the same to Trump.

Just as was the case with Watergate the most impactful force in the Trump shakedown matter might just be John Q Public's realization that if HE did what Trump did he would serve time, perhaps a lot of time in a federal prison.

Only place I have seen him is on PUNDIT shows on FOX.
