Should hourly employees make more then P/T sups if they have the same seniority?

I agree. A good sup is worth his weight in gold. Worked for both. Good sup, I will give him 150% effort. Bad sup not so much. I believe a lot of the problem is lack of training for PT sups.

I heard Pt sup get a raise depends on their performance.
performance pffft. the center manager gets a pool of cash to divide up for the part timers. most times everyone will end up within a nickle of each other with the higher side being the lowest paid to keep things balanced. Thats why youll find most qpr's have rediculous elements on them that no one can control directly all the time. lets the center manager justify the 40 cent raise if someone pushes the issue..
