Actually I think he was on 81, he said it was by Roanoke or Richmond and sent me a pic.

It was strange because the trailers look to have no damage and are still straight but the tractor went over the guardrail.

Out of Independence Tx. You are on the right track. Told he hit a just crashed 18 wheeler blocking the road in rain and I believe night, not sure on night.
