Yeah that’s Joe Biden’s goal to discriminate against white people, white men. Smh. If one does just a perfunctory reading they’ll discover that during the last big stimulus that the percentage of money to help small businesses didn’t go to black and Latino business owners. So Joe’s message is to those owners who didn’t get helped last time saying we won’t forget you this time.
