I am a package driver for FedEx Groud and in each of the trucks there is a Janus Cam installed. Videos - Janus Cam.

Do all UPS trucks have some kind of Spy Cam? If so, how do you feel about it? After watching the demos of what the camera can capture, it makes me feel uneasy. It can also pick up all audio. I feel like there is no trust and I am always really self conscious that someone is always watching me.

What state is this in?
My understanding is an Employer can record audio OR video, but not both.
At least, I believe that is how it is in Texas.

You should see some of our tractors. Paranoid drivers have little pieces of electrical tape covering anything that could possibly be a camera.

there are no cameras in the package cars by default

if a driver is under investigation for something like theft or some other illegal stuff, security will place their own cameras in the vehicle

Fed-Ex isn't doing it. The person who contracts the routes from them is installing them.
Janus cams can be bought on Amazon and UPS/Fed-Ex would not put after-market equipment in their vehicles.

I do it on FLR2. I heard that's not in view.

Janus cams can be bought on Amazon and UPS/Fed-Ex would not put after-market equipment in their vehicles.

The rear view cameras and monitors are after market.

I once got into a brand new Kenworth, maybe 2,000 miles on the tractor and the adaptive cruise/collision avoidance camera that's in the middle of the windshield was being held on by shipping tape. I definitely called and had that issue noted before leaving. I wasn't getting blamed for something that stupid.

We had rumors that those cameras would record a few seconds iin the event the brakes were applied automatically. I tried googling the Bendix systems and could never find anything about them recording so I think it was a false story.

In states with a two-party consent law, if they recorded audio without a court order it would be a monster lawsuit.

I have seen interview of swift manager saying that they have cameras that kick on if the driver goes over the fog line for so mAny seconds or in the event that the brakes are applied really hard...thinking that an accident might happen to catch driver sleeping /distracted or another vehicle causing an issue... Not sure if ups has the same thing
