Since I voted no on this contract, it tends to influence my opinion.
However, they are still Teamsters. And, I feel we should be doing everything possible to offer support to those who are holdouts.

Interest would only acrue if UPS was responsible for the delay in payments. Unfortunately, the TEAMSTERS are responsible for the delay because of a crappy contract that the members split 50/50 and is now in limbo.

UPS has no obligation to pay us interest for cutting our own wrists.

Interest? If by interest you mean the extra taxes we'll be paying the longer we're made to wait for the retro check, yeah, there's some interest you'll be entitled to. Not sure how much but I'm confident it'll be more than you think it should.

Raise? I'm just happy my pay rate doesn't go DOWN these days. The Union has been ramping up their confiscation program to prop up our imploding pension fund.
