More charges related to entering a restricted building (among others) to come for more people, @Fred's Myth .

“The man photographed sitting at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's desk during Wednesday's riots in the US Capitol has been arrested and charged with three federal counts, including theft of public property, federal officials said Friday.

Federal officials said Richard Barnett of Arkansas was taken into custody Friday morning in Little Rock.

Barnett was charged with knowingly entering and remaining in restricted building grounds without authority, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds as well as the theft of public property, officials said.”

You miss my point. I in no way defend the use of violence, whether Patriot or BLM.

Charge the violators with the appropriate and accurate charge(s), not your vague, inaccurate ‘unlawful entry’. No different than arresting someone for ‘suspicion of XYZ’. There’s no such thing.

Anyone who defends BLM riots, while condemning the Capital protest is a hypocrite. I don’t care what mental gymnastics you use.

A violent attack on the Capitol is not the act of a Patriot.

55 have been charged including a West Virginia state legislator and the manhunt is underway for many more. It would appear that the participants actually believed that they could launch an armed assault on the US Capital in which 5 people died then get back in their cars and just drive away same as Dear Leader. Well, some people have already lost their jobs many more will likely follow and chances are quite a number will lose their freedom for a long time while others will spend the rest of their lives on the run.

And these are the people who believe that their intellects, judgement and policies would be better for the nation as a whole.
You're so full of feces.

If they "charge" 100 it's just a drop of water in the ocean compared to the massive numbers of good and honest Americans who took off work to blast "leadership" for screwing them out of a clean and honest presidential election.

At least this group had to sacrifice their own finances to be in DC instead unlike the losers rioting, defacing federal property, comiting arson, murder, grand theft, and rape that we watched all summer who did so for days, weeks, and months on end while living off the taxes shelled out by the very Americans who protested on Wednesday.

Next line of :bsbullf:.

I didn't charge Richard with "knowingly entering and remaining in restricted building grounds without authority", AKA "unlawful entry."

Why do you hate federal law enforcement?
