Starting January 1st (Saturday) 2022 the following changes have been made:

• SUPERVISOR telematics has been implemented in UPS centers around the globe.

• ALL SUPERVISORS WILL have to pass 30 days of running routes +/- 15 min under/over. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

• SUPERVISORS will have to punch out when leaving the building for the day. We will be tracking on who goes home first and be docking pay accordingly.

• MANDATORY training will be 3 days a week. ALL supervisors must train new hires at least 3 days a week regardless of excuses. The percentages will be posted every morning.

• OFFICE chairs have been removed from ALL UPS locations.

• SUPERVISORS must know every route that is within the group and be able to run it without mapnav!

• MANAGEMENT must remain at the current UPS location until last driver punches out.

• VACATIONS HAVE BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL SUPERVISOR TELEMATICS IS AT ALL UPS centers
