That was my day Wednesday. Elementary had 9, middle school had 24, and high school had 17 boxes.

Art supplies are just as bad. Boxes of clay, rolls of construction paper and assorted supplies. Stuff always weighs a ton!

1 of my schools moved to a different area this summer. The other one is like- let’s order 100 packages of books and be closed half the time.

Welcome UPSERS/UNION BROTHERS

Starting January 1st (Saturday) 2022 the following changes have been made:

• SUPERVISOR telematics has been implemented in UPS centers around the globe.

• ALL SUPERVISORS WILL have to pass 30 days of running routes +/- 15 min under/over. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

• SUPERVISORS will have to punch out when leaving the building for the day. We will be tracking on who goes home first and be docking pay accordingly.

• MANDATORY training will be 3 days a week. ALL supervisors must train new hires at least 3 days a week regardless of excuses. The percentages will be posted every morning.

• OFFICE chairs have been removed from ALL UPS locations.

• SUPERVISORS must know every route that is within the group and be able to run it without mapnav!

• MANAGEMENT must remain at the current UPS location until last driver punches out.

• VACATIONS HAVE BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL SUPERVISOR TELEMATICS IS AT ALL UPS centers





ALL SUPERVISORS ARE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINE , INCLUDING TERMINATION!

Custodians are usually great. If you can find them. It is usually the people that spend all day sitting in the office that are the problem.
