Many honestly have. Either fight through it or walk away. There's the choices. The abuse never ends in this environment and once you file and win a couple of valid grievances the lines are drawn. Your name is passed on from one management team to the next and often, as I was told recently, it is brought up in the conference calls.

The worst that can happen to me is I retire and earn as much in retirement as I do working. I will miss the job driving around picking up misloads and delivering them all at top driver rate.
