Yea and was told to wait to file because when the investigation is over and if I come back I can file for dishonesty and he explain to me that because it’s the holidays it’s a little wait but it’s 72 hours to investigate they said and then they have 10 days to decide how they will discipline me. That is what I was told
Honestly they are going hard for me because I have a good rep but honestly I wouldn’t fight for the back pay
Giving me my job back is enough and idk if it’s considered dishonesty if the sup only told half the story because I feel they will ask him why didn’t he say the guy walked up from his work into my face

She said that the other guy was not fired, and that a Sup says that she took a swing at him. Most likely the reason she was fired and he wasn't.
If the cameras, or witnesses say that she never took a swing at him, that it was just words exchanged, and no threats, she has a good shot.
I know the scenario about we will put you back without back pay. If you want to pursue back pay, we wont put you back and go take your chances at the State Panel.
