You should take some time to go over to your future grand child's house and see if you can help the parents to be get anything ready? The only reason I say this is because my wife and I were totally on our own and dreamed of getting help with stuff like this. One day when I'm going to be graced with being a grandparent I'm going to go all out and start a better chapter in my life. I want to be a good grandparent. I think it would be so cool.

Sadly they live 2.5 hours away...

I will see them this weekend as they are coming up for my son's graduation.

I use them when it's nice out and I'm not scheduled to work so I go fishing last yrs I burned up all in oct

I have five single vacation days (OK, only four left).
When the weather and the winds are right, I'm going fishing!
