Yeah lets blame the dumb mfers who got us into this war and Biden is one of them. Again, the Afghanistan potus asked the US government to not pull Americans rapidly because that would lead to fighting and death.
Trump had us leaving before the annual "fighting season." The Taliban was going to fight the Afghan Army no matter what we did. Biden ignored that, kept us longer, made no attempt to evacuate our people and pulled our air support so that the Taliban could take over the country. What part of that do you not get? It doesn't matter on the ground right now who got us into the war umpteen years ago. What matters is getting our people out safely. You claim we don't care about the people but apparently you're more worried about who to blame to take the heat off the Biden administration than you are the incredibly serious situation thousands of Americans are in right now in Afghanistan.

Nope. THIS administration made a conscious decision to let the Taliban swarm into Kabul while at the same time have the military leave without evacuating American civilians or our allies. It's so stupid you have to wonder if they did it on purpose to hurt our standing in the world.

I won’t deny that the facts we are presented with at surface level point to Joe dropping the ball big time. I’m not surprised that he is being hung over this, I’m just trepidatious to harp on this one component of a much larger story. I don’t think that’s prudent for us.
My hope is that this fact doesn’t eviscerate the shared ugly responsibility that both parties possess. We’ve been swinging our di*** around helicopter style over there since before I was born
