AND THATā€™S THE BOTTOM LINE
I asked where you think it is happening (present tense), and the only example you can come up with is from 60 years ago....

So you've got nothing.
Typical for you kiddo.

I was.
Not my heritage.
Not even something to learn from.
It just was and it shaped my outlook to some extent ... other than that, eh!
I always wondered why you took up photography, something your parents couldn't truly understand.

We are all shaped by our early youth.

I wish we could have met a few years ago when you were in my proximity, doubt it will happen again until we all become one with the Big Note šŸŽ¶

Last year in the middle of Covid, 8,600 African-Americans were murdered in the USA, 8,600. In 2019, the year before Covid, there were 7,484 African-Americans killed, according to FBI Crime in the USA survey.
In 2 years, 16,000 African-Americans murdered, far beyond proportionately whites or Hispanics or Asians.
Blacks are 13 percent of the population. 16,000 murdered, 89 percent were killed by other blacks. 89 percent blacks killing blacks.
84 percent of whites killed were killed by other whites.
It's not blacks killing whites and vice versa, it's blacks killing blacks, whites killing whites.
40 percent of all those convicted of murder in the United States are African-American. 40 percent. Again, 13 percent of the population.
If the black homicide rate, if the victims, people being killed and the murderers themselves, would drop down to the percent level of the population, there wouldn't be any violent crime.

They don't have a father in the home. So, by the time they are 12 or 13, adolescents going into teenage years, their moms or grandmothers can't control them, physically can't control. So, if they want to go out of the house, they're going out of the house. They want to carry a gun, carrying a gun. They want to sell drugs, they're going to sell drugs. They want to take drugs, they're going to take drugs. And Mom and grandma can't stop it. The father's gone.

Politicians are afraid to say that. Because if a white politician says that, he's a racist. It's not young black males unsupervised that's the problem, it's systemic racism that's the problem. And corporate media tells you it's systemic racism that pulled the trigger, not individual responsibility.

The left uses the violence in the black community. Chicago is the best example. They haven't done one thing to stop it. They use it to tell the people, the voters, our system is corrupt. Not the family is falling apart. Our system, our whole system is corrupt.
We need to change it and give power to the progressives, they know how to present a just society.
Oh yes, social justice.
Black lives matter doesn't care about homicides. If they did, they'd be demonstrating in Chicago, in New York and L.A. and other cities, Baltimore, St. Louis, that's where they'd be. They'd be demonstrating, stop the murder, stop the homicide. They don't care.
They want to break the society down into a socialist situation where a central government controls everything we do.

Youā€™re a product of your environment. Itā€™s a vicious cycle. Systematic racism is definitely a thing. People are going to post statistics, but there has to be a reason behind those numbers. So many things that go into all this. Also, the black panthers were more of an organic movement, compared to blm.

There are more impoverished whites than blacks. I'd say a source of the problem is drugs are a cash economy. If you want more money than the government is giving you, but don't want to mess up getting your government assistance, then you work under the table instead of getting a regular job. Violence goes with drug dealing, and most of the violence in poor black neighborhoods is gang related. Which also says something about the prevalence of drug use. What seems to be fueling poor black anger these days is to get government assistance you need to have a regular job. So their time is spent doing crap work when they'd rather be doing something else.

yeah because there are more whites lol. Iā€™m for government assistance, I just think it needs to be heavily monitored. Why go get an honest job if I could be like the guy on the corner with a stack of money? Thatā€™s the mentality unfortunately. These kids are living for the now and donā€™t even know if theyā€™ll make it to 21. Sad.

You're missing the point. Of course there are more whites. But are the impoverished whites shooting and killing others at the same rate as impoverished blacks?
