david cay johnston also covered in his book how the IRS targets poor people vs rich, which ive also posted on the forum in the past.

this kind of "enforcement" is also consistent with how cops target minority communities.

Yes ... having been in both categories, that is true.
At the same time, richer people do not break the law in the way (blue collar crimes) that the poorer people do.

A blue collar crime would be over sleeping for jury duty. A white collar crime would be embezzling a few million from a cancer charity.

One serves time, one gets to fly on AF1.
