He is good at blaming others for his mistakes. He forgot that he is in chrge of NY hospitals and things like ventilators.

And your hero Orange Head is in charge in a time of national emergency and it is his responsibility to see to it that the required emergency supplies and equipment get to where it needed.
Nope. NY gambled and lost. They could have bought more but wanted to spend somewhere else.
The current national emergency is now a federal matter with responsibility having been shifted up to the federal level. It's now in Trumps hands but like yourself he too wants to do everything he can to blame someone else in an effort to make his failures less damaging to his reelection chances.
That nearly happened in 1984 following Mario's thunderous key note address at the 1984 convention.
