I have never seen a judge find someone “not exonerated”.ummm, innocent till proven guilty...
It almost sounds like investigations continue by the SDNY and others and the AG is subtly agreeing that they should proceed.

That is not what the letter said. It said "Russian government". It said nothing about "Russians", or whether anyone coordinating with them. They sure did lie a lot about contacts with Russians, and ongoing deals.
The date the thread was started was prior to the election.
Has he been tried for treason yet?

If the report truly exonerates him, it would have been released (leaked) already.

That is the only direct quote from Mueller, what you quoted was Barr's take.
The only other quotes are:
“while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”
and
“the evidence does not establish that the President was involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference,"
Note that these are the only quotes from the Mueller Report, and they are all partial sentences.

Putin felt humiliated by the fall of the Soviet Union. He’s getting up there in years and probably doesn’t want to die before some progress is made in the re-expansion of Russia.
