dad only watches CNN.
he thinks we need more weapons, need to confront putin, thinks countries have a right to join NATO and NATO has a right to expand.
he cant reconcile cuba having a right to join russia concerning cuban missile crisis lol.
i told him russia invading ukraine is a war crime just like america invading iraq. dad says the americans had bad intel and thought there was weapons in iraq. i say maybe russia thinks theres western weapons in ukraine LOL
i told him about 1 solution being a join security pact which would include russia. dad says you dont invite bullies to a pact. i told him russia is a bully and we are even bigger bullies, so they are in good company. i didnt mention about UK and france imperialism but they come to mind as some of hte bigger EU bullies.

Seems like a pretty dumb piece that most Americans and those in US political and military leadership wouldn’t agree with. In it the author says:

Russia has already made their plans clear. This is what the Russia does to countries it wants to conquer. Move some Russian speakers in, declare those Russian speakers oppressed and then take over the country to save them from their oppressors.
