I think its aged very well. You are giving him cover. You’ve supported everything he’s done here. While, he’s destroyed our country. And if you haven’t been paying attention, there’s going to be lots of Ukrainians die this winter.

Turn up your heat and drink another latte
There's going to be a lot less than you think. The Ukrainians have been continuously winning in case you haven't been paying attention. I haven't been supporting Biden at all, but I do support the right of a people to defend their sovereignty against invaders. You seem to want them to surrender. Would you want that for the U.S.? And I don't want Biden to continuously send billions to Ukraine. All of our allies should contribute, and all of it should be accounted for. No doubt corruption here and there is happening.

I hope you’re right about them not freezing to death. We are close to a stalemate at almost a year. And I would hardly say “they” are winning. Almost every country that has helped them has depleted their arsenal and empty their bank accounts just to reach this stalemate leaving everyone vulnerable, are we sure that was not the plan?

Stalemate? The Russians have flat out fled on two fronts.

Are you saying the Russians haven't fled? And I wonder who is behind wanting to give them combat aircraft? I haven't called for that kind of escalation. I just defend their right to defend their homeland. I'm not going to characterize the situation as a stalemate when the Ukrainians have clearly defeated the Russians so far. With Russia escalating the number of troops let's see how that goes. If Ukraine wants to negotiate for peace great. But let's not be dishonest about what's happening there. They're kicking the Russians' ass.

Hmmm at what cost? To them and us and the rest of the west? After all it was your buddy Joe Biden, who said we all need to sacrifice for this I didn’t agree to that but apparently you did.

You'll never get a chickenhawk to agree that any war is bad, even if it is unsanctioned, or by proxy. Expending other people's blood to the benefit a few people, not the national interest like they claim, is in their DNA.

Every war we have been involved in since WWII has been unsanctioned, which is why they make up euphemisms like "conflict" in a poor and obvious attempt to skirt the constitution. These guys cheer it on, too.

I never agreed to anything. But then they never asked me. Let's fight our fellow Americans over things we don't like but those Ukrainians should just lay down their arms and give up their sovereignty because they don't matter. They're all going to get murdered for defending their homeland but it's different here in the States! Fight, fight, fight for your right to a big house in a great neighborhood, two expensive vehicles in the garage! Kill, kill, kill anyone who stands in your way to having a great life on 40 hours a week! Americans are in despair so tear it all down. Herd anyone into concentration camps who disagrees with my view because I have a lock on the way everything should be. What, you disagree with me? Off to the camp with you and consider yourself lucky if I don't execute you! Hey, let's have apartheid! We'll save the best of everything for ourselves and put everyone else into a bunch of Sowetos. They may be in despair but we sure won't be! Do you people ever think things through?

Oh please, you'd tear the country apart in a heartbeat if it served your ends.

It does make one wonder.
It doesn’t really make you wonder because I never said those thing. Just explained to you your line of thinking has passed. It’s freshness date. Telling people to focus more on local politics, and elections is hardly what you accused me of saying. But I will get locked out of threads. While you continue to make up fallacies about me.🤷‍♂️

It's all about the money. It's tough making a living these days. People want to do better and want access to a better life. They're frustrated. So let's impose a system that my side will benefit from. We just have to impose our will on the other side. Take the lion's share for ourselves. The social stuff, which does matter, is just a smokescreen for having the power and all that goes with it. Get rid of that pesky Constitution because it's in the way. Luckily most people want the system we have. And this works both ways. If the Left attempts and succeeds in marginalizing the Right, essentially one party rule, then yes I will take up arms against them. We don't need a Leftist or a Right wing one party state. As attractive as that might seem, this country needs debate over ideas, and compromise over what we are willing to compromise on. Not impose our will on everyone else. That's exactly what the Russians are trying to do to Ukraine.

I agree it’s all about the money and the politicians are the ones who are grifting us for the money both left and right. No one wants one party rule, with the two parties we have now we are getting nowhere. I don’t see much debate about ideas that has actual real significance. It’s mostly a tit for tat with one side looking for political wins against the other. How does that help average Americans? How did these “public servants” go to Washington and become multimillionaires? They created a system for their selves locking us out while pretending if you just vote for them, they will fix it this time. How long will you go on believing that?

The politicians have been doing it forever. We did get a much more conservative court and the end of Roe. Just vote people out including your own party. It's why MAGA is such a threat to the status quo. It's a big enough movement to effect change. But it's a more conservative movement so the other side sees it as a threat to the liberal agenda. And some Republicans see it as a threat to their power and deals. Nothing is ever easy but that's exactly what we should be actively supporting, a movement that continues to grow and give voice to the middle and working classes that are floundering. If it gets big enough then the politicians will try to work within that framework to continue to make their deals. But everything takes time. We can't just throw it all out because in one presidential term we didn't get what we wanted.

I do not believe in judicial supremacy, how many years did they say it was OK to kill baby’s ? Nullify the Supreme Court’s decisions by ignoring their laws and using states rights. The Supreme Court has no power. Most presidents already know that. They are an elected lifetime appointees they should not decide for the whole nation.

None of these justices were there in '73. Took time, a Republican president, and enough vacancies to get that result. If you truly disagreed with abortion why didn't you attack abortion clinics? Because of what would happen to you. So like the rest of us you had to wait for Roe to be overturned. Apparently they do have power because it all got kicked back to the States.

Again you weren’t paying attention. Most states were nullifying the Supreme Court anyway, the Supreme Court literally has zero power unless the executive branch wants it to. Do a little history reading and research they have no power on their own. Presidents have routinely ignored there, dictates and rulings.
