what does russia spend on war and what does america spend on war?

russia spends not even 8% what america spends on war every year

Which isn't a surprise as Russia's GDP is 7% the size of the US GDP and their soldiers and equipment are complete :censored2:.

Boomers in here who don’t understand why bush, Cheney and Obama are more evil than Putin simply cannot be helped. Mentally owned.
Did Bush, Cheney, or Obama order indiscriminate shelling of civilians? Did they order mass executions of civilians? Did they invade another country for no other reason than wanting to conquer it? Of course they didn’t. But that’s exactly what Putin and his thugs have done and are continuing to do at this very moment.

Indiscriminate? I don’t know. Necessary? Worth it? Not in my opinion.

Maybe Iraq. We had no business going in there.

Yes.

No, and neither did Putin.

Yes, and Putin didn't.

Indiscriminate is the keyword there. There is a huge difference between accidental/collateral damage and ordering, or allowing, your military to shell civilian targets.

Maybe conquer was the wrong word. We did not take over a country to occupy them indefinitely and/or strip them of their natural resources.

Which alternate universe are you spending your time in? Because in this one Putin is a thug and is allowing his military to indiscriminately kill civilians. Bush, Cheney, Obama, or anyone else who has had positions of power in this country during our life time I have not done that. In this universe anyway.

You're judging Putin's intentionality by the propaganda of his enemies, who are using apartments as human shields. Same as Palestinians, or us, or anybody else.
