You named off wars and casualty numbers that weren't accurate. Then you moved the goalposts to include those who died under sanctions and there's no way to verify those numbers. Except that Iraq and Iran census numbers don't show a huge drop in population. You also excuse the reason we put on sanctions to begin with. State sponsored terror.
