The Russians Are Coming, The Russians Are Coming!

Trump will be the Republican Presidential candidate next year, sir.
Perhaps but he’s not present now or the last two years. I think that’s unfortunate. These guys are both toxic.
He’s not present now? Oh, President. Well the inevitable 2024 Republican Presidential candidate is surely still worthy of conversation right?
Yep typo,

Yeah, I got confused because it really could have been "present" or "President".

putin is correct

And that’s a bad thing? Lol
well if you want nuclear war risk and if you want russia / china weakened at ukraines expense

Russia can leave Ukraine anytime.

And Russia weakened at Ukraine's expense? You know what Ukraine would dislike even more than losing a lot of lives in the current war? Being taken over by Russia and ruled by Vladimir Putin. Which is why they're willing to die fighting to prevent that from happening.

yes this is just like the afghanistan war when russia invaded.

ukraine shouldve never thought of joining nato. now they are paying for it. and actually we are all paying through higher gas prices and risk of nuclear war.

So that gives Russia the right to invade and conquer? Russia isn't looking to teach them a lesson like they did Georgia. They're looking to make Ukraine part of Russia. Would you like it if the U.S. decided to invade Canada? All those rich resources could be ours. Why hasn't the U.S. invaded Canada? Would be easy pickings.

Still peddling your weak ass RT-issued excuses for Putin's attempt at expanding Russia. Lame.

Sorry, comrade. More expensive gas and the risk of nuclear war don't sound like enough of an excuse to wuss out of stopping Putin's attempt to take over Ukraine and whatever else might come after that if he were to succeed.
hows the drinking water in america?

how many hundreds of billions have been spent on weaponizing ukraine?

hows inflation?

I truly doubt Putin would attack a NATO country. And I doubt he attacked Ukraine because they were potentially becoming part of NATO. My guess is he wanted Ukraine as part of Russia and figured if he was ever going to do it then it had to be before they became part of NATO.

You would have to assume Mexico and Canada wanted to be part of Warsaw. What you don't get is the Eastern European nations didn't have a choice to join the Warsaw Pact but they did have a choice to join NATO and they eagerly joined to protect themselves from Russia. Russia couldn't force Canada or Mexico to join because they aren't next door to send in troops and tanks.

Zero hundreds of billions so far. And what we have spent has been worth every penny. The US would likely need to spend upper hundreds of billions to trillions to do to Putin and his military what the Ukrainians are doing to them right now.

Putin would for sure go on to take Moldova/Transnistria and maybe think about taking whatever might be needed to establish a land bridge to Kaliningrad.

And maybe Georgia. And they'd probably officially integrate Belarus.

There's no way they'd take Poland or the Baltics. NATO countries have over a billion people and industrial capacity. Russia isn't NAZI Germany which was an industrial powerhouse. And Germany had allies. I doubt China would stick its neck out for Russia so who does that leave them? Belarus? I'm all for helping the Ukrainians defend themselves to a point. But if the Ukrainians succeed will Russia use tactical nukes? And if they do what is our response?
