What would you consider to be a fair diplomatic outcome for Ukraine that would guarantee its security and Putin would accept if the fighting stopped right now?

"Just do da diplomacee" is an easy thing to say but the details of what that would actually mean for any given situation don't actually come so easily.
Weapons are obviously necessary for Ukraine. NATO obviously has good reason to exist.
But I do understand that you're afraid of the nukes. You also enjoy watching Russian government TV and you think it's time to let Putin have what he wants.
Russia is free to leave Ukraine any time.
actually its easy to ask me the question and when i give you an answer of a bunch of good names its easy to snub your nose in the air.
