Okay then tell me your defense of trump and why you are asking people if they believe him when it comes to him admitting his crimes.

It's simple.

They're on here saying that there's a tape of Trump saying he is holding a classified document and that's the nail in the coffin for this case, he admitted to the crime, it's over.

Then when I ask if they believe what Trump said about the document they say no only an idiot would believe him because he's a liar.

They can't have it both ways.

I don’t think this case will come down to one document. To be honest I’m skeptical that document will ever reappear, could be obstruction of Justice destroying it without evidence or could of been a lie.

But if you’re asking me if I believe Trump when he says he had and saw that document, yeah. I believe this government has plans to invade every country on the face of the earth. It isn’t out of the realm of possibility at all that Trump was briefed on this during his presidency that was in conflict with Iran, including killing one of their top generals.

They attacked an embassy and Trump killed one of their generals, which could have sparked off a war with them, especially if they decided to retaliate with terrorism on United military personal abroad or an actual strike on our base, they did shoot missiles over it after all.
In a situation like that yes the president should and probably was presented with the full scale this is how we destroy Iran if you decide that is what is needed to defend United States interest.
The president has pretty broad powers when it comes to reacting quickly to situations like a strike on our military bases or embassies.

I’m not concerned that this country has plans for invading another country and that those plans were probably presented to Trump during a conflict with that country.
Those plans should always be on the table and up for consideration when navigating foreign policy incidents like embassies being attacked or missiles flying over US bases.

I want politicians to start holding each other accountable for criminal behavior and I don’t care if that starts with Trump if he is guilty. There will be revenge from republicans and that will also be a good thing. There are a worrying amount of politicians who are openly violating laws that are there for a reason and it needs to stop.

I don’t believe everything Trump said and I don’t believe the narrative he pushed around it. I don’t even know if he really had the document because it hasn’t shown up apparently.
I also don’t believe the tape narrative coming from anonymous sources ran by propagandists like cnn and Ben Shapiro who have clear axes to grind with Trump, they don’t like the guy.

I also believe they got him this time. I really do and I don’t think the case hinges on this tape narrative.
