I drink a bottle of wine on weekends, around once or twice a month, a glass during the week if my wife is cooking a protein dinner. Worked over 3000hrs last year, I think the long hours might contribute to the symptom of over drinking, it's not the main culprit.

Its about $300 a bottle and is amazing tasting. I have had some 25 year too, it has so many flavors that come out. My favorite is the 12 year at $52 a bottle, its aged in a sherry cask and is more affordable.
