Tipping on the diad???

Fido

Don’t worry he’s friendly
For a lot of the ladies on my route they’d get more than the tip.
All consensual of course.

Can you image how much the company saves daily by having drivers either working off the clock or sorting/delivering/driving while on lunch/breaks. It has to be astronomical.
They should take the money the runners would have made working off the clock, and give us a bigger raise in the contract.

It shouldn’t be though. Just pay them a decent wage.
Went to Australia a few years ago. My daughter and I sat and ate at a sushi train and got our check. Paid the $30 or whatever it was and gave the little China lady a tip and she looked at me like I was an ashhole. This was my first experience in a culture that doesn't tip, and it felt awkward the entire week. The thing is, everything was still priced adequately and on par with any other place I've been.

I make $39 more a hour than a waitress. No need to tip me.
You are making more money with better benefits than the majority of people you’re delivering to. When people offer me a tip I just say, “I get paid more than enough, thank you though.”
