Top Scale Feeder pay as of August '09?

Just wondering. Thanks for the help.

I believe it's different in each supplement. I've heard of feeder drivers making as much as a dollar more per hour than package drivers. In my local feeder drivers make something like 30 cents more an hour or so.

I think it depends on what you are pulling. Triples pay more than doubles, etc...

I'm talking for pulling a single. I thought it was the same everywhere?

Additional pay for feeder is defined in one of the supplements. So it's not necessarily the same everywhere. Check your contract. It's based on top package driver wage. Just add a little bit to what the top pkg pay is and there you go.

FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES

Section 1. Full-time Wage Increases

All full-time employees who have attained seniority as of August 1, 2008 will receive the following general wage increases for each contract year.

2008-------seventy cents ($0.70)

2009-------seventy-five cents ($0.75)

Keep in mind these raises will be split during the year.

Also keep in mind some supplements provide different wage tiers.

Also, add to that the premium wage for feeders and whether single, double or triple trailers are pulled, which are paid differently under differnt supplements.
