There are many people who would take care of those kids. Anyone can make a baby not everyone can be a parentNo.

I had a helper a few peaks back whose Mom did the foster kids thing, she was doing it for the money...
He told me about how much more $ you get for fostering a special needs child... I was like WTF???

Many of those kids that don't get adopted are special needs. There are people who will foster those kids just for the money. Those foster parents may have a house full of kids they don't really care about.
That's truly sad.
