The republicans started losing elections and getting out fund raised, so they went to court, until they reached the supreme court and got CITIZENS UNITED passed into law.

Now, spending is out of control, and republicans dont like it.

They opened the door to foreign donors, something Mc/Fein prohibited, and they opened the door for the addelson/Soros billionaires to dirty the water.

The blame FALLS squarely onto the shoulders of the republican party and those that vote for them.

Even with Citizens United, the democrats are still out fund raising them.

Either way, the republicans wanted corrupt campaigns, well, now they got em.

Any money used on a political campaign must come from the candidates savings account, and verified by the recipient of the money.
Any person or entity using money outside of said spending account shall be subject to penalty. Fines, jail time, disqualification of candidate.

Real simple, you can tweak it a bit, but all on 1 piece of paper.
