Can someone explain to me how to apply for a different job at UPS?
There is not many job postings on Upsers and when they do have it. It's already filled by someone who has connections!

Without connections can't do much specially with a supervisor position

I was looking for full time roles in administration.
I did fine Customs agent position, brokerage position fill time but the pay is very low unfortunately

Unfortunately the company is trying to downsize as many jobs as they can right now.
Best thing I can tell you is get your foot in the door with any job opening and hopefully you can move up the ladder

I wish I could be...but me being a driver nooo. Can't imagine driving the truck.
...and yes it would be nice if UPS had supervisors that actually really care about the drivers and the company not just their paychecks and bonuses!
