i love this answer tbh. Once the dispatcher requested something for me or asked me if could do something and i answered "Will Contact ASAP" , next thing she knows i was already at the office letting her know i coulndt do it then she said but you said "Will Contact ASAP" and never did, i was like "well im here contacting you in person"

All jokes apart, someone got walked off the property for this, but he is back so idk

You definitely don't have a way to tell that. I'm sure the option will be removed in the future because UPS "management" has the "smartest guy in the room" syndrome. Some geek will dream up a sensor in the DIAD where it automatically knows when and where to shut itself off to avoid interfering with other electronics, except the sensor itself won't work as designed. UPS executives will gather around their ivory conference table to cheer how successful it is and be handed fake data altered by frontline "manager" goons to back the claims up.
