aww shucks..ya know for a website of this proportion,we have very few problems,the best thing you can do ,because we can't always be watching everything,is to report inappropriate posts.
That little triangle with the exclamation point.Otherwise,407,we really don't have to do a lot,I'm the quiet mod.I do enjoy deleting things though.

1. I want to help this forum because I am your shepherd.

2. I believe I can help this forum in many ways. I bring a whole difficult mindset to the table and I help people see the big picture. My BC is running 24/7 so I would never miss a thing.

3. I moderate everyday in one way or another.

I think I already do? Browncafe is my life. I have no other life , no other joy, no other passion I am a hopeless addict of the BC experience.

the ability to drink with one hand while typing with the other? I bring a sarcastic wit that is often misinterpreted as anger. a knowledge of ups . the ability to explain the management perspective which no one wants to hear.

used to run my own website until it took too much of my valuable time. I have been moderated. sometimes the best cops are those who have experienced the judicial system firsthand.
